But that has nothing to do with the cover up when the shyt was going on or the destruction of documents that took place. During the interview when the guy was talking about the rapes and shyt, he mentioned the people that would've have been overseeing that part of the company. It was Mo, Tom, Kendall and a couple other people.

Shiv can't be the sacrifice - she didn't then and doesn't now work for RoyCo, let alone the parks department where the crimes took place.
Greg can only be a sacrifice for destroying the evidence, but he wasn't even a part of the family or company when the crimes took place, so throwing him under the bus will lead to him being asked who instructed him to destroy the evidence, because that person had to know what needed to be destroyed, which leads to a house of cards - Greg > Tom > Bill > Mo (who is dead, so...) > Logan.

The viable candidates are - Kendall (who was generally overseeing RoyCo), Tom (who worked in the department under the major culprit - "Mo" Lester), Gerri (another high up like Kendall who'd know things), Bill (who was head of Parks) and any other side/old dudes who worked for the company at the time.
