Imagine working for your dad's company from age 22 to age 40 something. Going through every department, becoming VP, CFO, COO then CEO while your sister off in D.C. pretending to be Miss Sloane. Only for her to come back when your dad is about to die talmbout you not fit to be the leader. I woulda been seething too. I been here decades working, fukk you talking about? Kendall's flaw was thinking he could ever get Shiv and Roman on his side. The jealously was too deep. They'd never support him and he was goofy to think they would.

Lol This was AFTER Greg already told him about the affair. Tom is obviously putting on an act here like he never knew. He aint even upset. He just wanted to call Shiv his wife like he said in his wedding party speech. And then right after was hell bent on putting a baby in her that night. Dude played Shiv and anyone thinking he was really in love with her. His final scene of the show is finally owning Shiv with the hand drop. She knew she got played. Tom in the series finale showed his true colous from the moment Lukas told him it was him. That was all he ever wanted. Shiv was his golden ticket.

Roman was in fukking leadership classes in season one because Logan’s spiteful ass decided he’d rather try to coach him up last minute to spite Kendall for taking a shot at the throne.

Shiv never even expressed interest in the family until she saw it was viable to take over and Logan only entertained her when he realized Roman was a weirdo.

When a factory worker gets screamed at by the shift manager for doing something wrong, they can walk off the job or swallow their pride and keep working because they need that $16/hr to feed their kid.

When a substitute teacher gets disrespected by students all week they can walk off the job and look for a new assignment, or stay and finish the week because they need that money to pay their rent.

Well, a man who is *this close* to joining a wealthy family can walk away from his soon-to-be bride, or swallow his pride, marry her and deal with her infidelity once he is officially inside the inner circle. If you really value wealth and power, you’re going to overlook her infidelity and move forward.

Guess what? Women who are in love with wealthy men have to swallow their pride damn near everyday. Because the man has the leverage. Well, when a wealthy woman marries a man who is NOT wealthy, SHE has the leverage.

I’m pretty sure it was highlighted multiple times in the last season that ATN was the most important and profitable piece of Waystar and Logan had Tom running that.
