Official Stranger Things Season 4 Thread

To me, Stranger Things is supposed to be more like The Goonies + Stand By Me (with a little bit of E.T.).

This season they've turned it into Nightmare on Elm Street with some It (1990) mixed in there.

I'm in the minority on this but I'd prefer if they didn't make that change. But that's just my opinion (and I still like the season 4 overall)

Yurp. As the children grow and mature. So has the shows violence and horror. Much needed I applaud them going darker. Reminds as watching the Harry Potter series grow darker as the kids grew. And the story darkened. Not horror related but u get it. Season 5 will probably be full blown horror which would be phenomenal.

The Robert Englund cameo was and I’m digging the influences of 80s horror in this season. It’s like its own love letter to the sub-genre.

Best season so far, episode 4 was the best episode, episode 7 was too long but cool twist at the end.


Old heads from the 80s, did yall really listen to the same song over and over in the 80s on an cassette tape? Every time that Kate Bush song came on I was thinking to myself doesn't Max get tired of listening to that song?
