I enjoyed watching this but this is just a filler season and it should have been the storyline for season 2 :francis:

It just doesn't make sense at this stage of the show.

You can't have two seasons of them fighting the main boss and then throw in a damn lieutenant as the main villain of a season. With how Vecna's powers are it makes no sense as to why he wasn't in the previous two season

I think he is the real main boss

On episode three. Mike hasn't been likeable since episode one of season one.
Fixed

Mike and Lucas were both very annoying season 1. Lucas became likable as the series progressed each season Mike became more selfish and unlikable.

As for this season

The episodes were unnecessarily long there was a lot of filler in these episodes. Especially episodes 2,5,6,&7 dragged out scenes for suspense. I was very entertained with all the subplots however the prison break story could having taken less air time. L trying to regain her powers seemed to drag. However her arc this season really payed off for the shows overall continuity. As usual the writing is very good.
I score Season 4 pt 1 8.5/10.

I’m half way through episode 4 rn

Whole season so far is giving me Nightmare on Elm St vibes, I can see why Robert Englund chose to be on board w this

Only 4 episodes in it feels so much Darker than previous seasons
Same. This definitely feels like their slasher season. And I dig it. Dig how dark it is too and a bit more mature since they’re all growing up. Like Freddy, the villain mirrors their insecurities and personal demons.
