Brehs, can I use Google Drive to transfer roms/bios to my Steam Deck?

I use AnyDesk which is a remoting tool, I just take remote control of my Deck from my PC and transfer the files directly.

This is a better option than Google Drive or OneDrive because the files would first sync to a server first before they can be downloaded.

There's an easy way from PC using synching, but I don't believe there's currently a way to do it from drive without going to browser in desktop mode.

Only reasons I would want a Switch are for: DK tropical freeze, Breath of the wild, metroid dread, and bayonetta 2 & 3. And i already have the first 3 on my steam deck.
