This show has delved into Empire status in the sense that it's just fukkery for the sake of the fukkery. It's entertaining as all hell, but so much of that finale makes zero sense and the writing is sloppy. It's just shock and awe shyt now.

Ghost schools Shawn about standing to close to your target, then he makes the same mistake with a seasoned guy like Kanan...Who then makes the same mistake with Ghost minutes later, and then to top it all off, Kanan's shot up body makes it out alive.

Ghost showing Tasha the body makes ZERO sense. Why would he Tasha as an enemy? The Shawn affair just gave him the ammo he needed to keep her in line for an amicable breakup. His plan is to go legit, why would he want an angry ex-wife when he saw first hand what happened to Stern in a divorce?

Why would Ghost tell Tommy what he did? When Tommy offers to buy him out, why didn't he just accept, or tell Tommy to make up for his transgressions he'll just give him the drug business? Let Tommy think the Jimenez brothers ravaged the crew and let Tommy deal with tryna rebuild I his own. Makes no sense to create another enemy in Tommy...And then just let him walk away.

There's plenty more, but I'm on a phone. Like I said, wildly entertaining, so I look forward to season 3, but NEVER compare this shyt to the Wire. It's not near that level.

Kanaan turned damn near all of his connects against him, sent a couple of people to kill him and then had a gun in his face and beat the shyt out of him before Ghost got the upper hand.

He kills Rolla who he has a personal connection with based on hearse... Then let's Shawn live who had a gun to his head.

He doesn't kill Ruiz when he knew he was conspiring to kill him... Again, but he bodied Rolla tho.

Now y'all in here saying it makes sense that he didn't put a bullet in Kanan's head after he did all he did trying to take him out? Just say you were entertained and leave it at that.
