First thing that happen is he noticed Stern's files were gone. shyt had info on all the clubs. In last night's ep he tells Ghost about the importance they hold.

Two things could've happen.

Kantos made it look like Ghost went back to steal the files seeing as how he is close to getting Truth back.

Or Ghost went and took them himself. But I highly doubt that

Honestly like I mentioned earlier, this part would have only made sense to me if Sean went to confront his dad about being manipulated,but then saw through his dad's antics and shot him, leaving him Kanan for dead only to survive. But I'm still at a loss for giving his dad the gun. But I guess that also fits his character of being too naive and trusting....

Come on now who really thought he'd kill him? My problem is he had no problem slumping Qdubz, Rock, the guy in the autoshop and now his son, but he scared to get up on Ghost and put it down.
