Imagine a man taking all your money and dipping off with your kid. Regardless of the situation that was wrong. She ain't leave him a good chunk of it or nothing, cleaned him out. If she spoke with him maybe she could have convinced him, maybe not and at that point she should respect his decision.

I don’t think she coulda had the convo with him. He was far to one and might have killed her or beat her.

You trippin. He turned on her despite all she did to ride with him, yes, she took the money as he wasn’t going to do anything but waste it pridefully chasing something out of reach. You thinking just as emotional as franklin. Like ok, he makes that one payment and things are delayed 2-3 more months before he loses the building…and the family won’t have a dime. Lol @ some of yall still thinking it was ever going to end with teddy transferring money to Saint lol cissy dropped teddy cause she knew he was on some bullshyt. Franklin was too consumed with walking away with something that what was right in front of him kept deceiving him. He couldn't see the trees from the forest. Teddy basically told him what this situation does, it uses you up and spit you out. Cissy killing teddy saved Franklin. She was willing to fall on that sword and it saved not only Saint but leon too.

Cissy didnt do that shyt for him. If she did she wouldve waited til Franklin got the money and then killed Teddy. You would have a point if they showed Teddy playing tricks with the phone or something, but they showed the audience that was the bank on the other end for a reason. Teddy was goin to transfer the money.
Also again, Teddy had no choice but to transfer the money.
Also CIA only cared about he KGB agent. You see after all that shyt went down, they still called him for the KGB agent. If Franklin wasnt shocked by what happened he probably couldve finessed some money out the situation from the CIA.

Wanda is going to be the Suge Knight/tough record exec. The show has been pushing women into positions of power for a few seasons now. I can see them going all in with this.

I dont see Wanda pulling off the Suge Knight stuff, too far removed from her character at the end. Now if this was Roullete from P Valley, I could see it.

Purgatory is a fitting place for Franklin, he did not deserve a happy ending and death would have been a cop out. He could have walked away multiple times but his greed and pride made him continue to pump poison and destroy people's lives. He refused to take any responsibility even at the very end.

Leon's arch was amazing to watch and I hope we see more in the spin off

I do think there is something to this, but not as cut and dry. At his core he is a caring person, but the allure took over.

I go with another Hov song for Franklin and it's fallen. Song was fitting for Franklin

Def not a bad take. Franklin was definitely our loveable villain. Mel dad was correct the whole time. And he finally free from it all. The whole rat race he was in.
