Secondly, Manboy’s crew wasn’t that big at this point in season 3 to take on Franklin’s crew. Manboy is shown to be very calculating, he’s probably just a step less smart than Franklin. Manboy would stand to gain absolutely nothing by going to war with Franklin’s people at this juncture of the story


Thirdly, and probably the MOST important. FRANKLIN HAS THE PLUG. Thats why everybody does business with him in the first place. It ain’t even so much about the recipe. Its about the prices and supply Franklin can provide. Thats been his number 1 trump card since season 2. Thats why Franklin could look Manboy in the face and tell him “Prices stay the same:birdman:” Cause Franklin got it like that.


Manboy been playing by Franklin’s rules this whole time because the business was RIGHT. He said so himself clear as crystal in the last episode. But now he smells blood in the water due to Franklin’s crew not rolling tight like The Firm anymore. On top of that the death of his niece DEMANDS vengeance so now its a whole new ball game

First point, cool we're good on that.

Second. Manboy is a Compton crip and Compton crip (cc riders) at that time were MULTIPLE crip sets who functioned as one against pirus. They did not have the infighting and crip on crip banging that LA crips were just beginning to go through at that time. Franklin hood prolly is the ovahills before the rollin 60's annexed them. You telling me you don't see a crip with Compton crip backing having the mentality to flip his niece piru daddy hood blue and make his way to his "plug" neighborhood and annex that shyt too?

Third. AVI got the COKE and the FIREARMS. Let's not forget that manboy had the TECH 9 in the strange fruit episode. He brought that out to start a war with skully. Skully has a shotgun which was the premier gun of that time. Where manboy get that tech 9 from bruh? And if he got access to that the coke aint far away and he playing possum with franklin.

I believe manboy is respecting Franklin's rules only to play the marlo prop Joe dynamic. The difference is Franklin is now looking beyond Cali/LA while manboy has a gangbanging crip mentality that can only see taking over blocks and local territories.

So I think Franklin gf is really manboy bottom bytch thats there to find Franklin plug. they dropped way to many hints this ep. Manboy this whole time been tryna find Saint plug. Then she ask who the white boy was in damn near the next scene. And Teddy yell out that everybody replaceable Plus I could see her doing all this to get some protection inside for her lil brother that’s locked up.
