I think the Wong thing is the Eternals tie-in. The rings are ancient relics from the Eternals found by the Mandarin. The Eternals are immortal (hence Eternal) and gave Mandarin long life.

I think the sister 10 Rings scene is a call out to a D+ show. It says 10 Rings will return. I'm betting it will interact with the Sharon Carter organization and the Val Dark Avengers Team.
