Yea they should of left it alone after First Blood.
It was a dope story of a Vietnam Vet, suffering PTSD and trying to transition back into the real world. Only to be judged and disrespected by the people he was so called "protecting."
But if it makes dollars, it makes sense. They just went straight Hollywood, Action Packed with it.
Kinda like the fast and the furious movies.

NO buzz. Only die hard fans gonna see this. Trailer is terrible too but could be a good flick in there.

luckily rambo is one of those movies that doesnt need a review or anything of the like. ill be seeing this off GP...want to go see it thursday night but we will see how im feeling after work and the gym

shyt was trash. It's a 90 minute movie that takes close to 70 minutes to get to the real action and than it's over in ten minutes of gore montage. 
First half of the movie is so banally slow it's mind boggling. An opening scene that achieves nothing, a basic plot premise (Rambo's surrogate daughter is kidnapped in Mexico) that is made unnecessarily convoluted at every turn with at least four side characters that could be thrown in the trash without losing anything of value. Consider that the direction and acting overall is telenovela bad as well and it is just sad that Stallone allowed this to become the final Rambo film after 4 ended it so strongly.
People only caring about ridiculous gore (and the gore here is next level gore) might get some satisfaction from the final 15 minutes but overall this is one disappointing flick.
