Her homegirl immediately comes off phony and aggressive when they meet. Safe to say she works for the Martinez brothers, but why sell out her own friend? The pay off was a regular degular gold bracelet??

The old lady stated her friend was bad news and you can tell she was embarrassed by her living conditions and kinda hated her

Idk man shyt seemed the same to me, maybe there was more blood or an alternate angle of some beheadings at the end I couldn't tell. Only thing different here is the longer opening where he cant save some hikers from a flood or some shyt. The point they're trying to sell is Rambo cant save everybody. Then theres more footage of those two sex traffickers, nothing really stand outish.
