Don’t forget that there’s the lingering Ray Ray storyline. Now with Lakeisha and Ghost dead, Tariq doesn’t have an alibi nor someone to take the fall for him.

Even without Dre, they still have Tariq’s blood at the crime scene and know he was running from Ray Ray that night Raina got killed, so that’s motive right there.

Tasha will probably take the fall for Ray Ray. It's the only thing that would make sense.

how old are these characters supposed to be? That clip is from 1996. Are they in high school? Doesn’t seem like it cuz Angela isn’t at Choate yet. Let’s do some quick maffs.

If they’re in 8th grade in 1996 that would make Ghost and co around 37/38. Meanwhile Tariq is class of 2024 in college so he was likely born on 2003. Are they suggesting Ghost had the twins when he was 16/17? I figured Ghost and Tasha were a bit older than that.

This is the problem with Tariq aging at a faster rate than the adult actors.

They could have easily had him make it/go ahead into politics and etc/creating an entire new story arc. Most of these writers are so scared to change it up, ending up dead or in jail is cliche/played. An imagination has no limits.

You got ppl in here shyttin on the Tate episode and if he got a spinoff that went the route you suggested... what would be the difference in that spinoff other than it being Ghost?

I think the main problem ppl have is that we all F with Ghost and he died... that was really my main point. If the spinoff wasn’t called “Power Book 2: GHOST”.. matter fact if there was no spinoff at all and we got the same ending, would ppl still be upset?
