I'm still on the theory that Mecca/Dante was Rico's connect as it's the only explanation as to why he waited until now to come back to New York for Monet when he's had years to do so.
I've said this in last season's thread but I'll say it again here. If they're going to continue writing the law enforcement side as inept as they have, then they might as well just do away with it all together. Whitman is moving sloppy as hell, which is exactly what everyone else has done in previous seasons which opened the door for the cases to get thrown out because of their ineptitude.
The fact that dude has a connection to Carrie should grounds for him to step away from the case because of conflict of interest as soon as he found out. Even the case against Tommy and Ghost should have never been able to stick based on Angela's connection to them, which would have gotten the case thrown out long ago.

They seem to be doing away with more skin altogether during sex scenes compared to last season. Even the chick Saxe is banging is showing less skin than season 1.

When is Tariq gonna divulge that he's in the drug game so Lauren won't be leaving hurt all the time?

This was a cool episode but the law enforcement side of Power is a incompetent joke.
I'm sick of Kaine and his dumb ass cousin Zeke. Monet is an abusive a$$hole when it comes to dealing with Diana and her needs. A lot going on with this week's episode but at least it wasn't filler.
