a top NBA prospect would get picked no matter how bad their grades are as long as they can play. a top tier NCAA school would do anything possible to to keep said player on the court. they wouldn't assign some freshman kid to be his tutor.

nah man, you missing the point. whether or not she's classically trained is irrelevant. there's plenty of non-classically trained actors who kill it in front of the camera, some people are just naturals. it's obvious they roped mjb in purely for the name, which imo was a misstep and wouldn't have gained them anymore viewers. mjb just too 1 dimensional for this with zero range. truth be told the only decent actors are the professors and the daughter

Seems like you are missing the point though bruh. You just said it's only two decent actors in your opinion. So why people judging MJB like she among the cast of the Wire or the Sopranos or some shyt like that. Most of these actors are mediocre to above average so it seems like she fits in just fine.
