I'm just learning how to mix/master my own shyt...that being said i have a nice mic, why does it still sound like i spit into a cell phone.... I need advice on a very basic level. None of the tracks are too loud, I used a compressor an a EQ on all the vocals and pitch correction in some spots, then lowered the pitch of all the vocals a tiny bit. Some spots are smoother than others, it sounds the worst right when I come in... please help tunnel brehs :to::feedme:

What program are you using? Sometimes ill load to instances of a sample. Keep one at stock, and the other mixed down/effects then pan one a little to the left and another a little to the right. I use reason though. Make the vocals your focal point, anything that competes with them needs to be removed or equed down. Thiers diffrent ways to get good results tho, check youtube lol. You could throw some reverb on the vocals and just a little on the drums(like 5-15%. Track is nice tho keep grinding
