Little something I whipped up

this is really smooth man... throw some vinyl crackles on it and it's fresh as fukk! i like the synth... good melody. the hihats could MAYBE come down just a few db, but they really sit nicely where they are tbh. the vocal stab is perfect too. I think it needs a segment like a bridge, that breaks down and uses either similar elements but slightly different melody, or different istruments with the same melody, maybe slightly differentd rum break down, then fall back into the same shyt and it's gonna ride. good work man

Just copped reason 8 Decided to redo my luther flip
bro it might be my ears (i've been making music all day, playing with my new sampler, roland sp 404) but that luther track needs some EQ high end rolled offf. or maybe an eq sweep to find what's making my ears cringe on my laptop. it's not crazy or anything, just something that stands out that might be irritating to someone that heard it out of laptop or phone, but prolly sounds great on speakers. just imo. the other tracks didnt have it as noticeably. how you liking Reason so far? what did you come from?

Appreciate this love man. This was a little sample flip I had on deck for a while, I heard the voice sample on Pandora and decided to throw it in. I had a little bridge in there, but imo it sounded better with just the kick-beatbreak with the sample flangered. Sounded like one of those quick 2 minute Curren$y mixtape joints and I kept it like that. Critique is worth millions :salute:

Hey thanks for the feedback.. Ill take a look into that.. I was coming from reason5 and i used an old reason 5 project file which was using the old mixer and not the new ssl mixer. I produce using monitors. So far im loving reason 8, the workflow and rack extensions are game changers and i like the ability to share and work with other users on tracks.. The alligator and the echo effect also got alot of potential... Still getting use to mixing more from the ssl mixer rather then using effects on every device.
