For anybody looking for a good place to eat Puerto Rican food check out Freddies and Tony's restaurant on 2nd and Allegheny BEST puerto Rican food in the city. Whenever my mom wouldnt cook it for us we ate there. It's in the hood in puertoricanland but dont be afraid to go in there.. they know english
