Idk if brehs remember. However, Finn was getting MAJOR HATE BEFORE Force Awakens dropped. Thats when it looked like he was going to be the new Luke Skywalker. Once the bait and switch occurred the hate dropped immediately.

They've only lightly touched on this but, there's the underlying idea in the galaxy that "The Jedi will come to your planet and tell you your child is special and then take them away and you'll never see them again"
Reva was probably taken from her parents as a child in order to become a youngling, not even fully a padawan yet, only to be thrust right into Order 66 and be left with no family, no guidance, nothing.
If it's been 10 years since the Battle on Mustafar, so we know Reva has probably spent 10 years of being one of Vaders apprentices, being subjected to all manner of cruelty in order to become stronger and more powerful.
And with Anakins rage, he's probably blamed Obi-Won for everything he has lost

This is the closest your getting to a vader show...now maybe a "rise of vader" movie where you could go dark? Possible but a Disney plus show

I don't know, on one level I know all Star Wars is corny childish treacle, but obviously the OG trilogy and even the prequels are way better than the new stuff I've seen. I was hoping this would be more like the prequels.

Both Disney and those racist CACs need to a eat dikk and STFU.
The prequels dialogue was so poorly written at points that even Natalie Portman and one of the most charismatic actors ever, Sam Jackson, came off wooden. I think that’s the case here too.
People are shytting on the actress and then referencing shyt she has no control over like the parkour and screaming at the ship Obi Wan flies off on. That chick got no say in that. They could cast Cate Blanchett and she wouldn’t be able to do much more with the material. It’s Star Wars lol.
If I have one complaint, its that the Inquisitors were written as too controlled and trying to be rational. Its Canon that they hunt people across the galaxy and are about that action. They are taking the Jedi hunt themselves a little too far. Inquisitors supposed to look like this

People are complaining about her, but to me she aint doing enough. 5th bother damn sure aint angry enough for that job. These people supposed to be mentally fukked up and angry, tortured people. Even the Grand Inquisitor, though he has always been the one that understands the game, doesn't seem evil enough.

All true, dialogue in this franchise always been assy and that's not on the actors...
If she was a white girl this wouldn't be going that much better for her though, ask Daisy Ridley...
The bulk of the backlash is coming from the fact this is more KK bullshyt...There is no need for this character to exist in this SW story let alone be a central character taking up this much screen time in a 6 episode show about Obi-Wan and Anakin...The fact she's poorly written as annoying as fukk makes the situation much worse...
They could of made an Inquisitor show with Reva as a main character building her up with a backstory but no, they had to force her on the fanbase in Obi-Wan's show which they're not even fukking giving us full length episodes...Episode 2 was 30 minutes long...smh

Vader should have been 1b to Kenobi's 1a.
We should be watching his journey the same way we are watching Obi Wan's.
He should be the dual main character of the show.
