Revas resentment and anger towards Obi Wan parallels Anakins resentment with the entire Jedi order. When you really think about it the Jedi were doing to their padawans what the empire was doing to their storm troopers. Taking children away from their families and forcing them to become child soldiers. Also how the other inquisitors belittle her not because she's incompetent but because she's intimidating.

This isn't exactly true -

1. The Jedi only took children with the consent of the family. It was actually against the law and against their own rules to take any kids without their family consenting.

2. The Jedi didn't force anybody to stay if they didn't want to. Count Dooku is an example of a Jedi who just decided to leave at one point.

I hate how people on the Internet love to slander the Jedi :scust:

I hate the child Leia character already and Ben trying to chase her down acting like she Usain Bolt was annoying but I get it. Really like the chic playing the Third Sister
I like her, she cute and rambunctious. I'm not a big fan of Reva, her acting isn't connecting with me.

I like kid Leia but they definitely could have made those escape runs to be less obviously staged.

I figured Reva was going to be some kind of leaving mini-Anakin arc. She thinks she can lose her Jediness by killing Obi-Wan but she shows Obi-wan why he needs to have hope in Luke by the end.

The title theme sounds almost identical to the Spider-Man PS4 main motif. I had to hop on IMDb and see if Paesano scored this shyt...He didn't but John Legend Williams did.

When I heard Obi-Wan say that he "will watch over the child," in the opening montage, I had an epiphany. Obi-Wan, a Jedi, who helped to save baby Luke, will watch over and eventually "train" Luke in the ways of the Force. Yoda would later almost complete Luke's Jedi training.

Fast forward a lil bit and we will have Din Djarin, a Mandalorian, save baby Grogu. He will watch over the child, as a Mandalorian foundling. They become a clan of two. However, Baby Yoda must train in the ways of the Force with Luke Skywalker. If you've seen The Book of Boba Fett, then you know that Grogu does not finish his training with Luke, a la Luke not finishing his training with Yoda. He returns to save his family and friends, which is exactly what Grogu does. Grogu wanted to go back to his pops but he was still putting work on when he got back putting Rancors to sleep and shyt.

Grogu is the Luke Skywalker of the new generation. His upbringing parallels Luke's. Both are hunted at a young age because of what they are. When you think of it that way, him training with Luke was a passing of the torch. Luke, who was a Jedi, trained by Yoda, then gets to train a member of Yoda's species. Only, what think is a Jedi to be, is actually The Mandalorian.

As an aside, Grogu is the titular Mandalorian. His origin also perfectly parallel's Din Djarin's. We see young Din hiding behind the doors of a bulkhead. Droids attack. They open the doors and are about to smoke him. A Mandalorian descends and drops the droid. The Mandalorian then extends his hand as does Din. He'll go on to become a Mandalorian.

Young Grogu is found "hiding" behind his pram doors. The doors open to reveal a droid about to terminate him. A Mandalorian, Din Djarin, drops the droid. He reaches his hand out to Grogu, who reaches back. You know the rest. Everything comes back around. This is way.

In the original and prequel trilogy Obi Wan detest blasters, but in this show he uses a blaster..
I wonder if that was done on purpose or the writers didn't notice
