Shouldn't she be mad at Vader then for doing said killing?

People in Star Wars kill me sometimes acting like Anakin isn't responsible for his own actions :dead:
She ain't just mad at Obi, she's mad at all the Jedi order OG's because she feels betrayed...Jedi like her were tortured by Vader into becoming Inquisitors so she been through some terrible shyt...She wants to turn Obi over to Vader so he can feel that same pain...

Her angle here is very forced and transparent as fukk, we've seen this before, most recently in Jedi Fallen Order with another sister...Most Inquisitors were just force sensitive, few Jedi survived the torture and turned to the dark side...

She's very likely going to end up helping Obi

Revas resentment and anger towards Obi Wan parallels Anakins resentment with the entire Jedi order. When you really think about it the Jedi were doing to their padawans what the empire was doing to their storm troopers. Taking children away from their families and forcing them to become child soldiers. Also how the other inquisitors belittle her not because she's incompetent but because she's intimidating.

Rooting for her, but yea

I think the last time I saw an actor struggle early but eventually become great in a role was Michonne (Dania Gurira) So its not impossible that she improves, but I cant defend her at the moment.
Tbf all three of the inquisitors are terrible / terrible actors

I hope there's a decent villain we haven't seen yet, besides a Vader cameo, since reva is obviously meant to be an anti hero

Edit: was just thinking about how reva isn't menacing at all, if they wanted a black female they should have gotten Michonne or the villain from uncharted

:jbhmm: not sure about all that any time a jedi did not agree with the order they were allow to leave look at count dooku he left the order because he did not like how tie to the hip they were to the Republic.

Count Dooku was still associated with the Jedi. That's how Palpatine was able to ruin the Jedis image because everyone knew Dooku was trained directly under Yoda. After Dookus death Palpatine pinned all of his war crimes as Sidious on Dooku so it looked like to the public that the Jedi were training war criminals. Truly leaving the order was rare because the children were indoctrinated. They said Anakin was too old. He was only 10.

:jbhmm: I would not said indoctrinated so much as being give a chance to learn how to use powers that can make one into a dem-god which to me why alot of Jedi did not leave. Also they want them young because the older you get the more attach you get to things and people and the harder it is to let go of them and in the case of the Jedi can led to them using their powers for their selfish desire rather than the greater good like what happen to Anakin. also the Jedi are like warrior monk from Shaolin Monastery when I look at them like that a lot what they do make sense to me:obama:

Vader has more than a cameo.
With only four episodes left, pretty sure we've met all the villains

Sounds kinda cultish don't you think?
no it sound like Buddhism the four noble truth which one the things the jedi religion is base off.

The Second Noble Truth

The Second Noble Truth teaches that the cause of suffering is greed or desire. The actual word from the early scriptures is tanha, and this is more accurately translated as "thirst" or "craving."

We continually search for something outside ourselves to make us happy. But no matter how successful we are, we never remain satisfied. The Second Truth is not telling us that we must give up everything we love to find happiness. The real issue here is more subtle; it's the attachment to what we desire that gets us into trouble.

The Buddha taught that this thirst grows from ignorance of the self. We go through life grabbing one thing after another to get a sense of security about ourselves. We attach not only to physical things but also to ideas and opinions about ourselves and the world around us. Then we grow frustrated when the world doesn't behave the way we think it should and our lives don't conform to our expectations.

Buddhist practice brings about a radical change in perspective. Our tendency to divide the universe into "me" and "everything else" fades away. In time, the practitioner is better able to enjoy life's experiences without judgment, bias, manipulation, or any of the other mental barriers we erect between ourselves and what's real.

The Buddha's teachings on karma and rebirth are closely related to the Second Noble Truth.

Dude I don’t even see value in sharing this because I genuinely do not give a shyt what the MAGAlytes think of Reva and I’m sure nobody in the thread does either. She’s doing a great job of capturing what it means to be a Sith (or at least a fallen Jedi since all these inquisitors our junior varsity sith).

like some people have said yeah it’s basically Second Sister’s story from Jedi Fallen Order but whatever it’s cool it to see it live action.

No Whammies!!
a new hope version 4, yay!!!!

Wasn't as terrible as I expected but the KK Disney shyt writing is just as bafflingly stupid as it was with Boba's show...

Third sister forgetting she has mind reading abilities and not using it on Owen...Really bruh? REALLY?:comeon:

We just supposed to forget Leias message to Obi in ANH where she opens by saying "years ago you served my father in the clone wars" implying she never met him in person...:comeon:

Don't even get me started with the Disney kiddy chase scenes that make no sense...One ok but two? was that really necessary?:comeon:

Grand Inquisitor is in Rebels which is supposed to be canon so I'm assuming he's not dead, but if he is dead...:snoop:

I think Alec Guinness is a good enough actor that you can read a lot into his mysterious facial expressions when watching Leia's hologram.
Even though I'm sure Lucas had no idea of the details of where Leia's story when the original Star Wars script was written...when I look at Obi Wan's face I DO get the feeling of "I've seen this person before...and I know what this means".
As for Leia, according to Return of the Jedi she BARELY even remembers her mother at all. So not surprised if she doesn't remember this "Ben" guy.

Edit: And I'm assuming that Leia's "mother" that she mentioned in ROTJ was Bail Organa's wife, not Padme.
