yea, i saw it years ago and felt the same. its a cool concept, i guess but it didn't blow me away. there r way better asian films on there.
Series i been watchin lately is Burn Notice, dude is a CIA agent who gets put on the "burn" list which means he off the cia , so he stuck in Miami doin odd end jobs and trying find out who burned him show is ok half drama, half comedy which is what doesnt make it a great show , which they just would have gone 24 level of drama

give it time. it may not grab your interest after the first few episodes. give it time for the story and characters to develop. and you should love it. one of my fav shows ever
listen to me breh, stop watching it now, right now . Nothing is going to happen nothing at all no excitement no drama NOTHING. Unless your a middle aged white dude (no offense) them keep watching.....youve been warned
