The cinematography and how the lead actor talking directly to the camera, the small nuances, voiceovers, etc are unparalleled to most.

It is a documentary and by far one of the craziest things you will ever watch. Trust me.

but yeah I didnt even know they had filmed some scenes so close to my house for Rocky 6 till I saw the movie

also Invincible was filmed near my house, literally in front of a friends house, they even used his house and land to store equipment and cast members
