that was pretty much my point.

problem is that nas has a lot of different fans. Some that just want Hate Me Now or Ether over and over, or people that love Doo Rags, Project Windows, Testify. This album is a good balance but closer to the second one.

The album isn't really a "head nod" type of album, it feels like soul in a way, a lot of it is soul music with rapping on it. thats the best part about it to me, i always wanted to hear nas on sh!t like this. didn't he say he was in heavy Marvin Gaye mode while making this album?

but even all that I still like the track

The track is perfect to me. I think the hook is great. The beat has been used before but I always loved it. And it's the only track with a true, undeniable IWW flow.

Real shyt. I been on sicide watch after listening to this album. Too much reflection going on. It's a good album for a somber day, but it definately ain't a "live" go killa nikka music.
