Swizz confirmed that the verse on “Bath Salts” has been tweaked. “Jay was content [with keeping his verses as is],” Swizz continued. “Nas changed his because I think he used a piece of [the original unreleased verse] on another song by now. But he went in and [recorded a new verse] in like less than 24 hours, which was a blessing.

I think the beat has not been changed you're just mislead because it's not the same sound quality. It's common for a song to sound different when you hear it played on a video on a different system than when you hear it in CD quality.
But if you go back to the battle between Swizz and Just and play the track when Hov is spitting just like in Swizz IG's post you will notice that the beat is the same, same siren, same drums.
