If Sony were smart, they'd capitalize and open up the vaults. This is the perfect time for more Nasty Nas.
I don't think Nas wants them released but he says he has about 3 albums worth of material still in the vaults. Havoc produced some of it.

yoo, I got in...I just emailed the site admin and he got me an exception to join
I listed a bunch of unreleased nas joints still in the vault to keep track of...Nas has 150+ tracks, that's ~8 albums with 20 songs each
EDIT: does anybody have the uncensored version of Escobar 97? [actually, i'll post in the thread about songs I can't find]
Hate Me Now was literally forced into a single by the people. It was the first time Flex ever dropped bombs on a track as well. At the album listening party they kept running it back and that’s when Nas decided to push it as a single. There is only 1 or 2 songs I don’t like on that whole album.I’m not mad at people who dislike I Am. It has arguably his worse song (Big Things), some other middling commercial misses and a couple beats I don’t like. But it’s not a bad album. It’s a 3, 3.5 type album. Not bad, but in a climate where something is either classic or bad it results in being over hated.
Friend of mine made a great comparison: he said it’s Nas’ Lethal Injection. People act like Lethal Injection was a crime against humanity because it’s not as good as his first two albums. But it’s a good album, and just as I Am has a couple dope commercial tracks like Hate Me Now, so does Lethal Injection (You Know How We Do).
4.5 mics at minimum for me. Only skips are dr knockboot and big things. Although when I was younger I liked dr knockboot.I’m not mad at people who dislike I Am. We need to buy the rights to the Sony vault, who's with me?

If people really want to put the money up, some hacker found like 30 Nas songs (def jam era)
If people really want to put the money up, some hacker found like 30 Nas songs (def jam era) that he's selling for like $30-45k total for all those songs on thesource.to (including sinatra in the sands, just begun..no confirmation on the scientist because just was still working on it or all the vocals may have not been done) ...I can ask again if he's willing to do a groupbuy

Nas forgets how many songs he has and he's lowballing the amount of songs he's recorded over the years...There was some Nas interview saying that Salaam Remi was acting mysterious around Nas because Salaam wouldn't remind Nas about all the joints they did, etc
most of Nas' interviews are named generically under one umbrella title and I remember watching them...but can't refind them for shyt
Thats lowkey some scumbag shyt.
Nas didn’t want the songs released so NOBODY should be making profit off of what amounts to stolen material.
If a song just happens to leak then that is what it is but to horde them shyts and try to make money when the artist themselves aren’t going to make a dime off their own songs is criminal
