I'm not familiar with Davido
Is he a good look for Nas?
Hes pretty popular African artist. He has worked with Chris brown before. I think nas is opening up his selection of sounds/features to today in combination with his old sound. I think it will be a good mix based on what we know so far.

His been on a roll as of late when it comes to the Afro Music, it is funny how Americans are not too familiar with him. This dude is mega star across Africa, and Europe (the UK, France, Germany)
That's dope. Thats a good look foreal.

Still disappointed at the end result of Nasir. We were robbed of some what should’ve have been quality music. All that hype and Kanye talk tor a forgettable album
I still like the project actually. But you can tell it was some what rushed and not as focused. I wonder if Kanye wylin during that time messed up alot of the possible chemistry? I still added, everything, adam & eve, not for radio, simple things and bonjour to my playlist though.

In hindsight, Nas working with Kanye was a bad idea. Their styles of working are completely different. And history has shown that Nas doesn't put out his best projects when he's rushing (I Am, Nastradamus). What makes it worse is Nas ended up scrapping the album he already had for this one, just because Kanye wanted to pull off some crazy experiment he was unprepared for.

If the approach was more like Daytona, it could have worked. Instead, it just made Nas look bad and give his critics/haters more ammo. There are definitely good songs on the album ("Not for Radio," "Bonjour," "Adam and Eve") and Nas' performance received way too much hate. But when your last album was six years ago, and it was a near-classic at worst, no one was willing to accept anything less from you.
