Former Aftermath artist, one of those dudes who did a couple of mixtapes with Woo Kid under the Shady/G Unit Umbrella but Dre never really got a project working with him.
He appearently ghostwrote Kush for Dre so theres that
With Nas clearly having a project with just hit boy. Do yall think the other project is the one from years ago? We have seen him in the studio with alot of producers. You think we will get two albums out of this? He just shot a video for one of the hit boy songs.
I’m not sure its safe to say QUITE yet that its “clear” it’ll only be a Hit Boy produced album. The only Nas album he’s ever done that was produced entirely by one person is Nasir (and we can count Distant Relatives too)
And as for the second project, we gotta remember alot of those songs ended up on Lost Tapes 2. Nas spoke on working with RZA (2 joints on LT2) Alchemist (1 Joint on LT2) doing an album’s worth of material with Swizz Beatz (2 joints on LT2) Pete Rock (2 joints on LT2) and Staik Selectah (1 joint on LT2)
The only music we really didn’t get from those mythical “Lost” years was the Timbaland produced tracks.
I'm not getting my hopes up too high. I'm waiting patiently for Nas this time. However, Nas has flicked it up in the studio with a bunch of different types of MC's and producers. Hopefully, he is recording and getting that work in. Since he started recording shortly after LIG til now, Nas has to have recorded 30-50 songs, and that's not counting what he did on NASIR. He certainly has a plan. If we get one album in the next 2 years, that means more...

I know he’s been locked in Hit Boy on some for real for real shyt. I’m not discounting that. But Nas is one of those artists where we truly don’t know whats going to happen until we get a damn tracklist.

Imma just assume whatever Nas and Dre did will never see the light of day. Slim being in the room is like the ultimate "you see what happens" lol. Good guy, super nice. Never sniffed a release date. I hope I'm wrong but...I'm not getting my hopes up for Dre/Nas, or Dre/anyone.
