If you dont put any soldiers in the security team and leave your FOB with that one command platform nobody will invade it because they just lose GMP and theres no materials for them to take

Nah I haven't done any of em yet. I don't know the method but so far I just seem to do the side ops and missions with the yellow dot next to em signifying that it's important.

You only get the 50 cal with a high R&D level. Upgrade your rockets tho.
