Concerning side op 107 (gunsmith)
so when I did this originally quiet killed the gunsmith 
I've read that if I keep doing side quests it should pop up again. Mainly stun arm and extract legendary bear. As well as make sure I complete any side quests in the same area.
I've done all this and it still hasn't come back. Anyone have any advice, I'd like to get on my way to customizing guns

If you're talking about the "capture legendary gunsmith again/yet again side ops" I didn't know that could happen. I assumed it would be failed if you killed him allowing you to redo it.Concerning side op 107 (gunsmith)

damn that sucks as if you have to delete your save file to get him 
If you're just talking about a gunsmith specialist then you can just redo the main mission that they're in and make sure to scan soldiers in the AO.

Ground Zero save files transfers over some nice content but nothing game changing. Storyline wise everything is rehashed through recordings and cutscenes more or less in this game. And yes get the game
The wormhole Fulton upgrade basically creates wormholes when you Fulton stuff:
- Enemies can't shoot it down
- You can Fulton indoors
- Fulton attempts always have 100% chance of success
- (I think) it's silent so enemies nearby won't hear you extracting
once you do the "Find Quiet" side op you automatically start her final mission "A Quiet Exit" You're going to need hella explosive weapons and your battle suit AND most importantly Quiet will no longer be available for deployment for your game in any capacity. There are many articles and threads online about it. People have petitioned to have her patched back into the game.

- If on PC there's a mod
- If on console you can either keep the bond below 100 or you can equip the butterfly (front) part to your emblem but doing either of these things "locks" your mission progression until you remove the emblem part or increase the bond
I honestly forgot how I got the final one...I just did all the important side ops and main missions and it popped up. If you want the cyborg ninja suit you have to complete all of the regular story missions (with a S rank? I got S on all of them but don't know if the rank mattered. For the raiden suit you need to get a S rank on all of the variants you're asking about.[\SPOILER]

i've never been robbed offline because i always manually disconnect mgs v offline before i turn my ps4 off.
