Just go up to the counter( In store pick up counter) and tell them you there to pick up.
They'll ask what. you say a ps4 game.
Then they'll ask for your name, grab the game and scan it.
They'll ask for your license and card you pay with, you show them, they verify then they print out the recipient saying you got it.
That's how it goes for me every time.
