it's a bad "movie," but it's a fun enough "watch." if that makes any sense.
marvel doesn't really make good "movies" anymore b/c they hack them to shyt to eek out a semblence of a story. movies like The Marvels and Love and Thunder have fun elements but aren't good movies, whereas something like Quantumania has basically no redeeming qualities b/c even the elements aren't fun or memorable. Madame Web is a good example of a "movie" hacked to shyt that has even less redeeming qualities. it has negative redeeming qualities. it will be remembered for being bad but not a single element of the actual "movie" can be recalled or hyped up even a little.
