The people who got dusted could've been revised. Now imagine Phase 4 being the aftermath of the SNAP. Thanos would still be in the MCU. Other characters like Iron Man and Captain America could've retired. They could've slowly introduced new characters, while still having their anchor characters still in the MCU. Wakanda Forever would've been better received knowing T'Challa was dusted. And instead of destroying the stones, Thanos could've simply spread them out across the universe again.

11 years, 22 interconnected films, almost 30 billion dollars in revenue and we were given a full story through Endgame. We should all be happy with what we received.
