Welp. Looks like no Aldis.
Was warming up to the idea of him replacing T'Challa.

hawkman had an egyptian backstory right? It's annoying that in 2020 we still doing race-bent character castings for the known black actors, when there's still notable black superheroes still collecting dust on the shelf.
Mr Terrific, John Stewart, Icon, Blue Marvel, Dr Voodoo, Cloak, Nigh Thrasher..
There's several origins but the common one is he's some white guy archaeologist who learns he's a reincarnation of an Egyptian prince, so technically yea.hawkman had an egyptian backstory right?
I just also realized though that they'll have a black character with wings like falcon
admittedly I could give a shyt less about Michael B Jordan, but I definitely think I'd rather they used a new BP than re-cast Chadwick. And bringing in someone completely new for that purpose fails in most cases even when the original actor hasn't passed. Just trying to logic up a way to work around those two things.Yall just cant get over Killmonger huh lol
Some of you are being ridiculous if you think Disney is going to pack the Black Panther character away and never use him again.
BP 2 wasn't even scheduled to start filming until March of next year so they will probably put the brakes on that and push it out another year or 2 depending on COVID but when they do announce a new production schedule it will likely be around the same time they announce the new actor they have cast in the role of T'Challa.
He turned on us in the first movie. Hell no.People forget about...
Daniel Kaluuya
Seem he reconciled with Okoye at the end and shyt was squashed. Compare that to Killmonger people are advocating for. He killed multiple Wakandans and people acting like he could come back as king and it would be all good. lolHe turned on us in the first movie. Hell no.
guy's a great actor... i don't believe that you'd buy him in that role. I know he's playing some heavy characters lately, but nah, i ain't buying itPeople forget about...
Daniel Kaluuya
Because the cultural significance of a black male hero was bigger than the storyline itself. Why do you keep acting like they can't do the same stories with Shuri?
Just bring in Denzel as an older wiser T'Challa from another timeline due to the fukkery that happened in Endgame.
I'm sure he could train a successor in a film or 3.
