The kidnapping is a crazy plot hole right now, and him never mentioning it is even crazier. How have him and his "son" never talked about it once.
What other rituals did you witness?
What were you doing out there in the first place?
What were you doing while kidnapped?
Who caught you?

The house exploded and nothing. No investigation over the deaths of "the most powerful white people around"? Dead sheriffs and cops all over the place. I'm not even trying to be funny by asking but are we just supposed to move on? I'm not sure what i'm watching anymore although I generally enjoy it.

Kidnapping could all be a plant/strategy/not what it seems, story just needs to play out with the direction its going in imo

I watched ep 1 and 2 and I cannot bring myself to keep watching
So unimpressed that its been hard for me to try another ep

Ep 2 is terrible. Give ep 3 a shot and if you dont think its better, then yeah its probably not for you. I almost quit after ep 2 as well. Didnt like "Us" that much either. Peele isnt the showrunner so Im not sure how much influence he has on the day-to-day.

sounds like the whole sequence from episode 2 with the collapsing temple was an illusion or dream to make them think it was over with then
