Yep. Everything the show did was a choice. The aesthetic, the props, the set design. It all looked emaculately curated from episode 1.

They coulda easily had him in some shiny Power Rangers looking boots like some of the costumes and armor in the worst of Marvel.

But when he stepped out in those Loki lauffers I knew The Coli would see that
