Since they made a point to mention that no new mutants were being naturally born, they could make a solo X-23 film adapting the Messiah Complex story about the 1st natural-born Mutant to pop up in years.

They kinda hinted that Wolverine was going to die at the end of the movie when it was revealed that the Adamantium was poisoning Logan's body. Adamantium poisoning Wolverine to the point that his healing factor was over-taxed, is lifted straight out the of "Death of Wolverine" story.

In the comics, Gambit did become a guardian for her. During their time together, Gambit was more of a father figure to her than Wolverine ever was.

Dude has ONE SCENE actung crazy. Hes coherent the entire movie minus seizures.

That's because he wasn't days off his meds tho in most other scenes. Plus, just getting out of that bunker and seeing Laura ( new mutant, after thinking they'd all about died) was a bit therapeutic for him, so he wasn't tripping as much. He felt he had a sense of purpose then and was holding himself together, for the most part.

Jackman didnt even have a good reason for leaving,he wasnt burnt out....he left because Seinfield said he should.

Theres gotta be a big difference in retiring when you know youve done all you can do....but retiring on a high note,after making the first Wolverine movie fans pretty much love unanimously Hugh?

I definitely agree. I think Jackman did a great job and we need to let his Wolvie marinate for a while before they fukk with the character again. Some people just become the character and you don't wanna mess with that right away. Basically the same thing that's going on with Ironman.

Unfortunately this movie showed that they can reverse the clock and make him look young again so there is a chance we see another wolverine movie in the next few years. The only positive thing is that they know how Wolverine movies are supposed to be now. Gritty as fukk

Plus you do realize acting aint the same thing as playing a sport right?i get your analogy,but wouldnt this be more like Tom Brady retiring after winning a Superbowl?why quit when he just proved he still has it to play Logan,an added addition people love to bring a new direction and spark to the franchise.new found freedom with the R rating,and the director finally hitting his stride,and we can agree each Wolverine movie has gotten progressivley better.

Fox is definitely gonna offer Jackman that RDJ stimulus package. I still feel him tho. It's been at least 15 years he has the right to put it to bed and I'm sure he's not hurting for money. I've heard that getting into movie shape isn't that fun either.

It's a story we've seen dozens of times in other movies and while the movie allows for it the actors don't bring their A-game.
