He has heart to go with his skill all that matters.Once he truly gets it he will be Great. Has a little Russell in him. Hard to say championship because he plays in Arizona but the kid won't be a bust put it like that.He will probably get Rookie of Year (him being an QB will probably edge out McLaurin and Jacobs) .Fitz is very valuable to his development teaches him how to be an pro on and off field .Once Fitz retires he is gonna need a receiving threat.
