He been working w Jacobs s&c guy Scooter. Ran test to check his fasttwitch/slow twitch muscle make up and had workouts centered around where your genetics are good at and where they are bad. :wow: good thing i aint paying for it :whew: put it on danny tab :lolbron:

Yeah breh shyt is a great workout and works the brain along w the body. Lifting is cool and stuff but you can only do x sets x reps long enough before shyt gets boring :manny:. With any type of martial art you are working both whether its figuring out another guys defense or just getting your body to do new things.

I was getting into it smh but work/study has been messing me up for the past few months :mjcry:


Any way now I’ve paid off my debts and booked my exams I’m ready to go back.

I’ve finally got over most of my gym anxiety too :wow:

How much you weigh?

Appreciate it breh :salute: got focused on my fitness to not lose my mind in all this craziness.

My weight goes up and down 154-163ish depending on how much MT/boxing im doing since theres a lot of cardio involved......although i prefer to be lighter 154-156 feels perfect in regards to keeping my speed but still being strong in the clinch.

When im 160+ i feel a bit more sluggish in the combat stuff but obv better in lifting. Although its not as drastic as before since ive been doing full body oly lifts and stuff as my main s&c.

Man. You’ve been doing it right. You’re so cut yet have a lot of mass. You look bigger than 163 tbh. You look big enough to be 175-180. Like a running back. But still very cut and aesthetically sound.
