Only thing I see is you're a little tight, bend your knees just a little bit more and your hips will rotate more freely. Besides that looking nice You box like SOG breh, esp the jab.

Yeah in that first 2 gif I was especially tight that was my first time back on the bag post hip....... like I know something is off currently but I can't call it. Like it doesn't "feel right" maybe after a few more months of therapy shyt will fix itself the bottom gif is the more current one from this week.

I went there for vacation 10+ years ago, maybe I'll go back next year in the off season. But waking up, to walk to the beach and that water. Love that place.
