when you're bulking are you strict with your diet?....do you focus on macros and shyt?.....or only when you're cutting?....i'm bulking til the end of the year....really trying to get to that god level. I want that cut down the middle of my chest. before I been able to bench 130's with dumbells...squat 400....but when I got lean I could still never get that shredded look like you. and we're similar in height and weight. this time i'm really focusing on contraction and getting max tension on each rep.....i'ma get that booty chest no matter what it takes:mjcry:

I only count cals n shyt when I'm cutting I'd probably lose my mind doing it year round :heh:

Yeah that's how I like to bench too especially now that I'm not going heavy anymore I focus on tension/form.

Jacking off doesn't count

Yessir officially allowed to do boxing stuff again a few weeks ago although I still can't spar for a few more months due to the surgery.

Speaking of which @Yuzo ima make some gifs later my footwork feels weird since the hip surgery idk if it's because I'm scared n it's mental or it technical w foot placement but it doesn't feel "right" if you get what I'm saying. I'm turning over the right better tho.
