2015 wasnt the height of superhero movies

2018 was with infinity war, black panther both doing over a bill, an thor ragnorak pushing 900k

:francis:The movie was released in 2016 and yes it was the height of superhero movies considering the amount of movies released per year.

The height of it is determine by boxoffice success

2018 had three superhero movies go over a billion a aquaman, infinity war an black panther..that was the height
You also had ant-man 2 which brought in over 600 mill, and into the spiderverse won a oscar.

Irrelevant considering Ironman 3 in 2013 on his own I repeat Ironman made a billion, considering on his own Batman had made a billion...twice once in 2008 and the other time in 2012. Yet Batman and Superman together couldn’t crack a billion.:mjlol::mjlol:yeah I guess it just wasn’t the right time and it had nothing to do with the steep decline of movie goers after bad word of mouth. The movie made a shyt load of money in the first few days of release because people were hyped for a Batman and Superman movie. Of course after people caught wind of the quality the drop in earnings was immediate. You can hype up the movie as a misunderstood masterpiece if you want but to say this was anything but underwhelming at the box office is just a bold face lie.

And just to clarify the height isn’t determined by earnings but by the output and frequency of movies coming out in the same genre. 2018/2019 was the peak as in after that the decline possibly occurs as endgame is more than likely going to go unsurpassed for a long long time.

DC could easily be contending with the marvel movies if they just take the mfs who write the scripts for the animated movies they produce and have them do it for the live action ones. Justice League doom would have been a blockbuster had that been live action.

Boggles my mind. Their animated catalog is white hot fukcing flames.

Hit after hit.

Let them dudes write the big movies...

The shameless audacity of putting "Hallelujah" over the trailer like this is really the second coming of Christ. Zack Snyder's ego might just rival Michael Bay's. What a fukking man child. :deadmanny:

This right here. The hubris of the music then saying this is for grownups. Fighting an alien CGI monster.
