Early on in the new episode, I’m seeing payoffs coming for a lot of these plot threads and I’m enjoying it so far

Lots of great stuff this episode. In particular furthering what a cold sociopath Omni Man is. After all the fighting and killing dude goes right into the speech he was planning earlier in the episode without pausing, that’s a great detail.

She saying it's not cause he's a superhero but because he didn't trust her with his secret. Bruh, y'all in high school, y'all could break up tomorrow and you'd still know his secret, you could hold that over him to make sure y'all never break up. Also, if Mark didn't fly up she was going to continue fronting like she thought dude was a coward. They present her like she is great and like Mark has to bend to all her expectations. She knew dude was breaking their dates to be a hero and still was on this nikka back. What sacrifices has she made for him? She love running off the mouth at other dudes too. She is the WOAT.

I loved how Nolan's goal was to reach Mark simply so he could tell Mark he killed the Gaurdians in a way that would make him seem like less of a monster only to violently kill a reincarnated Immortal and show Mark who he really is.
