Power Meter?? I know you collect blast shards and then when you go into the upgrades menu there's multiple upgrades for your main powers.
What is the patch for?
Idk they just said they recommend to download it. It might have something to do with the DLC or maybe enhancements/bug fixes.

That boss had me dying a lot. Dudes were clowning me while i was streaming it but just use your smoke bomb to stun him and then start shooting him.

Only 8% complete on inFamous 2 and I can already tell I'm going to enjoy this one more the first game. Better graphics and the movement seems cleaner. I like the new weapon Cole has at his disposal as well.Now play that second one. It's better than the 1st one.
