I liked it, but didn't love it. I was completely uninterested in the human story line, but when they actually showed monster fights it was enjoyable. I just wanted more of that.6.5/10

-Campy human scenes galore.
-Kaiju's have some personality.
-More action, no teasing compared to 2014.
-Some scenes lacked "umph" due to the nature of fitting so much in 2hrs. It's GoT season 8 status as far as spectacle vs. development goes. This is good or bad depending what you want from a Godzilla flick.
-Godzilla knows Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Overall I enjoyed it.
-Great visuals.
-CGI on point.

fukking loved this shyt! I don’t give a fukk about the human story. No Godzilla movie, with the exception of the original one, had a compelling human story. Because that was the only one that was actually about the characters. Even Shin Godzilla had annoying ass people. What everyone wants to see is kaiju destruction porn. The human element. Get out of here with that shyt. Go watch Booksmart.
