I was thinking Ghidorah too at first due to it being a giant storm cloud, but yeah, he's on ice - so I'm guess either Mothra or a mystery monster.

Earth is literally doomed in this universe...
Too much Hollywood in my Godzilla movie. Way too much human side story not enough Kaiju.

I hope they don't make this movie too much about the kid. I like how they balanced the movie between the father, son, Godzilla, and MUTOS.

Yeah, someone posted a video of the other spots, and a lot of the places on the map are actually places where strange creatures and phenomenons have been discovered - the most notable are The Lochness Monster and The Bermuda Triangle. Tohokingdom thinks the one in Siberia is a likely nod to The Beast From 20,000 Fathoms.
Also there's a Monarch outpost located in TN where I live.

Like on that monarch site they have godzilla heading straight to skull island. Maybe they can do a slight teamup before fight.
