Wasn't that the same name as one of the kids that was killed by the mountain?

I'm lost.

I think in the books it's HEAVILY implied that Rhaegor knew, from reading books, that either himself or his son would be the "Prince That Was Promised" so when his first son was born from his Dorne wife he named it Aegon. When he took Lyanna for his wife, the reason it was so sudden and all hell broke loose, is again implied that Rhaegor was, at least partially following omens/signs/prophecies and that THIS son would be the "Prince That Was Promised" so again, he named this son (Jon) Aegon.
