4. Perhaps what sets her back is Lord Varys. In one scene he's with Olenna Tyrell in Dorne. The next he's behind Daenerys on her ship? Sure seems like GoT is back to having Varys and Littlefinger behaving a lot more shady than they have in recent seasons.

I don't think Varys is up to anything. Dude is a true believer in Arya and he was in Dorne as part of his expedition to get allies for Dany. Its what he and Tyrion were talking about right before Varys left Mereen.

My prediction for next season, Dany destroys cersei in less than 3 episodes and then turns her attention North. She ends up marrying Jon Stark because nobody but us viewers will know he's a targaryen.

Call me impatient but I felt the whole burning of the Sept and Tommen killing himself dragged forever. Could have done it in about half the time to be honest...give us time to see the Freys getting cooked into Frey pies

Makes sense the Martells and Tyrells are joining forces....remember the Tyrell army is very much around still and the Queen of Thorns will probably run Highgarden for a bit as I'm not sure about the succession of Highgarden with Margery, Mace and Loras out of the picture
