Possibly just for exterior shots though in front of extras. She may have an interior scene still without a body double. Who knows

GAME OF THRONES: SEASON 5 WILL INCLUDE FLASHBACKS
Valar Flashbackus.

While there's been a strong rumor circling ever since it was announced that a certain dead Game of Thrones character would be returning to the show, it's now been confirmed that Season 6 will contain flashbacks.
During an event in Spain this week, Thrones EPs David Benioff and D.B. Weiss told reporters that flashbacks were coming. "Making the first season, we set a rule: No prophecies, dreams, or flashbacks," they said. "We already failed the first two, and this season we broke the third. So yes, this season will finally have flashbacks."
See, when Dany looks down at the ground like this, it's the perfect moment for a flashback.
We don't know how extensive the flashbacks will be or if they'll go back far enough to get into actual ancient Westerosian history, but we do already know one of the characters returning via flashback (link in the first paragraph) as well as the fact that the show was casting for a younger version of another character. So not only will the dead return, but we'll see other characters as younger versions of themselves played by different actors.
This is a good chance to bring old faces back to the series - from those whose lights were extinguished just last season to those who bit the dust four years ago.
