GAME OF THRONES ACTRESS' HUMOROUS RESPONSE TO BEING RECAST
Joffrey's sister is looking for work in a new Vine.

It can't be great news for an actor finding out you've been recast after already establishing a role on a TV series - especially when you've been recast on a show as huge as
Game of Thrones.
Such is the case for 16-year old Aimee Richardson, who played Myrcella Baratheon in Season 1 and 2 of the series. While not portraying a prominent character, Richardson still appeared in 8 of the first 20 episodes -- which isn't bad at all considering how many characters are fighting for screen time -- in her role as Cersei and Robert (whoops, really Jaime's!) only daughter. Richardson wasn't seen in Season 3 and 4, after Myrcella was sent to Dorne for her own safety. But with Season 5 bringing Dorne --
and the family of Oberyn Martell -- into the show, Myrcella will be back...
...Except it won't be Richardson playing her, but actress Nell Tiger Free. This is hardly the first time Game of Thrones has recast roles of course, including The Mountain, Beric Dondarrion, Daario Naharis, Rickard Karstark and more, including Myrcella's brother, Tommen Baratheon, leaving Joffrey the only Baratheon sibling to be played by the same actor the entire series.
Meanwhile, in the wake of this switch-up, Richardson decided to humorously respond to the news that she wouldn't be back on Game of Thrones with the following video on Vine.
